Program – “If You Thought You Knew Andrew – You Don’t Know Jack-Son”

Ben Kemker presented a most informative biography of Andrew Jackson. This Scots-Irish molder of our current political system simply lived his Scots-Irish traditions and became one of the most successful political leaders of these evolving United States. Thanks to Ben for presenting a different perspective of this President.

Door Prize

Allen Simpson returns the vase filled with foliage and Snickers and an informative piece on the Fraser Clan. This door prize was won by our guest Yvonne Blair.
Dick & Pat Bevier donate a bottle of Scotch won by Anna Frances Houston. Ms. Houston immediately hosted an impromptu auction for the bottle of Scotch, won by Mary Ann Lucas for $31.00. This amount is donated to the society by Anna Frances Houston.
